   2. How to execute a contract with ÁlvaroAuto

   2.6 The contract will be filed by ÁlvaroAuto during the time necessary for its execution.

   2.7 Order confirmations, shipping emails and invoices will be filed in electronic format and will be available for consultation by the user in his customer area at alvaroauto.com.

    

   3. Product availability

   3.1 The availability of the products presented on alvaroauto.com is subject to confirmation. In case of unavailability of a product after an order is placed, the user will be informed by email or phone as soon as possible and will have the option to wait for the replacement of stock, replace the product for another of equivalent value or cancel the order with total refund of the values paid.

   3.2 ÁlvaroAuto reserves the right to modify the products available at alvaroauto.com at any time and without prior notice.

    

   4. Prices and Payment

    

   4.1 Product prices are indicated in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force.

   4.2 Shipping costs are added to the price of the products and will be clearly indicated during the ordering process before final confirmation.

   5.3 You are responsible for providing correct delivery details. If delivery is impossible due to incorrect or insufficient data provided by the user, ÁlvaroAuto will not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to charge any additional costs incurred due to such delivery impossibility.

   5.4 Upon delivery, you should check the packaging and products to make sure they are in accordance with the order. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or products, the User must immediately inform the carrier and refuse delivery. The user must also contact ÁlvaroAuto to report the incident.

    

   6. Returns and Refund

    

   6.1 You have the right to return products purchased on alvaroauto.com within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the products are in perfect condition, have not been used and are returned in their original packaging.

   6.2 To start the return process, the user must contact ÁlvaroAuto through the email info@alvaroauto.com, indicating the number of the order and the products to be returned.

   6.3 The costs of returning the products will be borne by the user, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to ÁlvaroAuto.

   6.4 Upon receipt of the returned products, ÁlvaroAuto will refund the amount paid by the user, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days.
